Apayi Charitable Organization has also partnered with Youth & Women Empowerment for Integral Development Initiative (YWEID) to support their work with children, youth & women in South Sudan.

 

YWEID was founded in February 2018 and was registered with the Relief and Rehabilitation Commission (RRC) Under Chapter 3, Section 10 of NGOs Act, 2016 of South Sudan in Juba 2020 Reg. No 2695.

YWEID strives to minimize the number of youth and women subjected to violence by empowering them through access to knowledge and greater economic independence.

 

Vision

YWEID envisions a community where all people have access to the opportunities, skills, resources, and relationships they need to actualize their potential.
This is to change the lives of the marginalized and vulnerable people (Youth and Women) to ensure a quality of life through Empowerment in Education, Information, Infrastructure Development, Healthcare Service and Economic self- reliance through convergence of services Provided by local governments through advocacy, networking, and capacity building for both marginalized Youth and women in the society.

 

Mission 

To lead with wisdom, inspire with knowledge and good judgements, and mentor youth and women in making sound choices and decisions based on truth and honesty to embrace their power, purpose, and value and to take responsibility for their relationships.
To promote Youth and Women Empowerment, Gender Equality, Governance and Democracy Entrepreneurship, Leadership skills in South Sudan through advocacy, networking, and capacity building for both girls, young women, and men in society.
